Ways of Meeting

A positive outcome of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the emergence of more accessible and flexible ways to offer therapy. I work with clients in person from my office or online.

I am fully vaccinated and see people in person who are also vaccinated. For those who are not or are experiencing symptoms of illness, are unable to meet in the office, or prefer to meet online, I offer telemedicine sessions via my HIPAA-compliant Zoom account.

Of course, we are also able to move back and forth between the two modes when circumstances arise that make meeting in person possible or meeting online preferable or necessary. I’m happy to work with you to make adjustments when helpful.

Fees and Billing

I see individual clients and clinical consultees for 55 - 60 minutes per session. My fee for individual initial intake therapy sessions is $185. Subsequent therapy and consultation sessions are $170. When the use of insurance or payment of my full fee is not feasible, I have the ability to work at a reduced rate on a limited, case-by-case basis.

I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card via Square Reader, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle (to 2063534928). I collect payment at the time of service unless other arrangements are made. Your health insurance may pay for part or all of your therapy. If you would like to use your insurance, I am happy to discuss this with you.

I am in-network with First Choice Health Network (FCHN), Kaiser Permanente PPO plans that use the FCHN provider network, LifeWise Health Plans, and Premera Blue Cross. I bill insurance directly for these plans.

If you have coverage for which I am out-of-network, you will be responsible for payment of my full fee at the time of service. I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company, detailing the information they will need to reimburse you per any out-of-network benefits you may have.
